Attack bonus bug

I have a question regarding the attack boni. I noticed that sometimes for no reason the attack boni of my 14/6 ranger/rogue switched from something like 20/17/... to /5/6/-2/... . This happened for all my weapon combos and apparently there was no buffing involved. Is this a bug or can somebody explain it to me ?
I play the German version, patched to 1.19

I honestly dont know, but it sounds like a bug. Does the problem persist after you exit and load?

I got this quite often on US v1.19 with EVERY char....

But it disappears on quitting to Main Menu and reloading...
