Collector's Edition
What exactly comes with the IWD2 Collector's Edition that makes it worth the extra $20? Is there anything worthwhile on the bonus CD (ie-the bonus merchants on the BG2 bonus CD)? Should I have gotten this edition instead of being a cheapskate?
