Jaheira Romance / Party interactions

Hi everyone - just a couple of questions for the knowledgable among you?

I'm in the middle of a game romancing Jaheira (TOB, no mods), but I'm getting a little worried about all the reported bugs involved with that particular romance. I have now installed the latest Bioware patch + the Baldurash TOB bugfixes. The thing is, it says that they are not retroactive. Now I haven't gotten very far in this game, definitely not to any of the points which were supposed to be bugged before. Am I ok to continue my game now that I've patched it or should I start again?

Also, does anyone know where I can get a table of which NPC will fight with which other ones? I want to mix my party up a bit and include some evil NPCs, but I don't want my party to disintegrate half way through because they all hate each other.

ToB broke the Jaheira romance in two places, however the final patch from Bioware fixed it completely... using the community patch.

Whether this will patch up Jaheira as it stands...
