I tried a couple different ways and still cannot do this, I wanted to create a few friends from BG2 for a module I'm working on and for the life of me I cannot get the game to see the portraits or sounds.

The portraits are the correct size and format and the sounds have been converted to WAV's. Both have been inserted via HAK PAK's and the module still doesn't see them.

Actually it did see the sounds as general sounds but not as a voice set, which is what I want.

Is either possible right now?

Well after much searching and attempting different methods, I found out it is possible but it's not very easy. You have to replace existing content in the toolset with the portraits or voice sets you want to add.

I haven't been able to do it otherwise, has anyone else?
