Where Is Aerie's Body

okay, so I just got into the graveyard from the undersark, when Bohdi shows up, and has a nice "chat" after which she kills Aerie, and Aerie is removed from my party, no body, but with all her stuff on the ground WAS UP WITH THAT????

Keep playing....it's part of a quest that is triggered when you are romancing an NPC. I won't say any more so as not to spoil it.

Okay, so that was "supposed to happen" that is bad, Aerie is the only one who can cast restoration, of well, atleast Jaheirah can cast neg. plane prot.

Now that ypou mention it, it does seem convenient that the only romancable characters are preists of some sort, and they get removed from the picture in the battle with Bohdi, in some cases taking away a players only priest, as 2 clerics would seem a waste........hmmmm......coincidence? Or paranoia again?

wait a minute, if you sleep with Aerie (that dialouge occured in the war-elf camp) and the romance is over for SoA, will that pervent it from happening? and will the romance continue in ToB, I'd rather do the quest than be a loveless, souless man, doomed to wonder the lands of Faerun................. sorry for the poetic out burst

but, anyways, will it continue in ToB if I sleep, and will it prevent the Bohdi thing????

The quest is triggered by how far along in the romance you are at the time you have your encounter with Bohdi. If you are not far enough along, it won't happen. If you are, then you get the scenario that happened to you. You can do the quest and get her back, or you could choose not to. If you do get her back, then yes, the romance will continue in ToB.

Basically, if you haven't reached a certain point in the romance, Bohdi won't trigger the abduction. If you have past that point, she will. it doesn't matter how far past that point you are, it won't mess anything up.
