*spoiler* where to get weapons made

Can anyone please tell me where I can get special weapons made in chapter 4? I know you can but I can't seem to find the dwarf that does make them for you. Please help.

Hmmm are you sure you can?
Because I didnt find the dwarf in chapter 4 either, last time I saw him was in Beorunna`s well, and if you go to his former forge in the Core district you`ll find it has become shelter to some Luskan troops. Suspiciously, the only way in is thru the shop... wonder what sort of deals have that half orc vendor been doing...

Also, you can find the Eltoora the mage who usually allows spellcasters to access her lab, and it seems there`s no lab here as well.

I`m pretty much convinced there`s no way to forge items in Chapter 4. Of course I hope to be wrong, but remember the same thing happened in chapter 2 .

A certainly not nice solution here would be going back to an older save in chapter 3 and having your items made.

You can only forge items in chapters 1 and 3. There are no forges in Chapters 2 or 4.

where can you forge items in chapter 1 ?!
i just want to know the name of the district or the person , nothing more specific !
