Level 10 ranger here. I can cast the first level spells no problem but I can't even access the 2nd level. When I go to my spell book, click on the little ranger icon, all that pops up is the 1st level. Is there a Feat I'm missing to cast 2nd and higher spells? Is my Wisdom too low (11 wis)? Or am I just [removed] and missing something else? Thanks in advance for any help.
