Game hang Underground city temple

Post by jacks73 »

Final facedown with Sarevok in underground city temple. Was busy wiping out his minions on the right side, when the game crashed. I mean a hold- the computer-button-down-to hard-shut-down-exit-crash!

This is obviously a bug? There a fix? Or this just one of those freaky accidents? Never had this happen in Baldur before.

Thanks Jack.

Data: HP Pavilion 4550Z, 466Mhz, 64Mb ram, 10Gb HD.

I don't think it's a known bug. You got the patch? Tried to uninstall and reinstall the game?

GateKeeper also has a repair function, although I'm unsure of what this actually does with the saved file.

Repeat from other Thread Thanks!

Not to sweat guys! The glitch never happened again and I won!

Thanks to you and all the crew here!

Took all the neat advice given here and other thread. Went back and regained my Rep. It was one heck of a battle and I died many times Until finally I got smart and snuck up just out of range of Saravock and blasted his area with both the cloud and bad green gas spells. Loaded area with monsters and skeletons and blasted Tazok and Sarevok with everything but the kitchen sink! Yay!

Okay- Astafas. Great suggestion! Where's a good place online to buy the Sword Coast Expansion? Like you said I got a lot to look forrward to! Played Torment. Loved it. Will write down the other new RPG's you told about in the other thread. I am one happy clam!

Again, Thanks troups! Jack
