door in east corner of penn district

How do you open the door that has the sundial next to it? I have the sword and the arrow. I used the shield to open the door in the graveyard.

The doors with the sundials next to them have nothing to do with the crypt quests. They are the locations for the first part of the wizard guild quest.
It is best to be thought a fool and stay silent, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
