I am not sure whether this topic has been discussed or not but I am curious as to if there is any armour out there that reduces Arcane Failure to 0%. I'm not sure whether to have my wizard train to Armor Proficiency Heavy for the armor advantage because of the high arcane failure. Also, are there any shields that exist that also have 0% arcane failure?

I have not seen an item in the game like this - the way I know for wizards to wear armor is to take the feat "still spell" - this will allow you to cast any spell with no somatic component. The penalty being each spell is cast at a level higher that normal. Memorizing spells as "still spells" should allow you to ignore arcane spell failure checks (haven't verified in-game buts that's how it should work, and I know the still spell feat is available).
May you walk on warrrrm sannd....
