Anybody got any experience with these buggas. In particular the sonic pro 100. Configuration of this guy really conflicts with my current network layout (MS Proxy 2.0 via Winsock services) and I'm trying to decide if it is worth the hassle.
I talked to Sonic Wall and they said "by all means you should install it". Go Figure; so that's why I'm looking for an outside opinion.
IF you wondering why I'd pick up something like this and not use it the reason is because I won the piece of hardware brand new in a raffle at a sonic wall seminar. Ironically, the sonic wall pro 100 I won was exactly the product I went there to learn about.

I can't give you any specifics of the Sonic Wall products, I ususally deal with Allied Telesyn firewalls. I think it really depends on what you've got on the network and the threat level to it from the outside world, although any firewall should work properly with MS Proxy server. What sort of trouble is it causing?
There are 10 types of people in the world - those who understand binary and those who don't.
