MODS - The Undiscovered Country

In the past week, I have seen over a dozen new MODS pop up.

I cannot believe we are actually able to make a great game even better.

For you MOD builders and MOD lovers, this thread is pour vous.

List the MODS you would like to see - including gameplay notes, regions, areas of effect, etc.

You may place them into categories if you find that it helps:

Character Skins (just the physical look)
Character Classes (Get creative and write a new class complete with background)
Character Race - A Combination of the above two
New Armaments (weapons, armour, items)
New Regions - have an idea for a new island off the coast? A new dungeon?
New Quests - Tired of the same old run to <whatever> cave and kill <whatever> beastie? Write a new quest
New NPCS (my goodness, the possibilities are freaken endless)
...and please do NOT hesitate on this next one...
New Spells - put that spellmaker to work - remember, power isn't everything - the best spells are the ones that make use of power, functionality and practicality
New Facilities - Go nuts - an example is the wonderful chap that put a house in Balmora for us. - Think Balmora needs a new tavern? Perhaps the Thieves Guild deserves a few new rooms? Post your ideas

I encourage you all to write in and post what you want, you're ideas, thoughts, deep reflections, or even what you've already done.

Also, if you're a MOD builder posting what you've done - feel free to rate it

1 to 10 based on balance => 5 is perfectly balanced with original Morrowind gameplan. 10 is something that completely unbalances the game (i.e. a crate in the middle of Peligrad that has glass armour, glass katanas and 150K of cash) and 1 which would take a very high-level char to make use of (i.e. a quest that you could only complete @ very high levels with very good equipment)

I think a mod that lets you get strongholds for guilds and other factions than the great houses would be cool.
