Enchantment question

Is it possible to enchant stuff that cast automatically ? I mean if you got a ring with 20 charges of fireball and they're released automatically against the current target ... if so what kind of gem you need to use and at what lvl of enchantment you need to be approx ?

No, no spell triggers in the game. You have to cast everything you want to, manually.

well you can enchant your weapons to do something when they hit a target, but otherwise you need to cast your enchantments manually.

if you have a really powerful soulgem you can enchant something with "constant effect" havent tried it with fireballs yet... i sincerely doubt it will work although it would be nice..

I think the "constant effect" is meant for spells that heal, return magicka, etc. That way, when you reach peak performance, the spell temporarily shuts off, and the item recharges. Conversely, a constant fireball effect would exhaust itself quickly.
