1. Is there any way for me to set a specific or all web pages to autimaticaly refresh every few minutes or so?
2. In the past week I've been getting at least five emails a day containing viruses.
I use Outlookk Express.
Every time its he same virus sent-W32Klez.gen@mm, and it disguises itself as someone from my address book.
Norton finds it every time- but it is very annoying.
Is there anything I can do?

1. Not likely. The only way to get a page to refresh is with the refresh button. Some sites give you the option of automatic refreshing, but it's usually done for things that change very quickly eg webcams or stockmarkets etc.
2. Be glad you're catching tis one, it's nasty! If you're using Outlook Express 5 or above, you should be able to add a message rule to automatically delete the incoming infected messages. Otherwise send an email back to whoever it's coming from and get them to clean their system out.

If you go to Internet Options >> Temporary Internet Files >> Settings there's an option for how often webpages will update - not sure if this is what you're looking for.
It's a good thing you keep your anti virus software up to date morlock. klez is a real pain in the rear. If you tire of the annoying messages, uninstall Norton.
As for auto refresh, I don't know. I don't Quark response is what you're looking for but I couldn't find anything better.

True enough, although it does seem a bit hypocritical not to go for Linux I admit to avoiding Microsoft (and larger companies in general) if at all possible. Rather than using their huge resources sensibly, they just seem to relax and sit at the top of the pile (Intel is another example).
