Hey, may be a stupid question, but what kind of game is this going to be? BG type, Diablo type or Torment type, or may be something completely different.

I think the game will be more like a Morrowind type
.
I don't know much about the game yet even though i pay a visit to the official site every once in a while, but from what i can gather it will be something amazing.
You can also check the preview @Gamebanshee, it has some very interesting things to tell.

So it will be a 1st person game and not a 3 person like BG or Diablo. I have played Daggerfall a few time, great game, but BUGS!!!! If it is going to be such a game, i will certainly try it some time.

Well yes, something like Ultima Underworld games but with state of the art graphics, as you can see in the several screenshots, and not only dungeons but a whole huge world.

It will be a first person, realtime CRPG--somewhat like M&M IX and Wizardry 8, but with only one character (which makes realtime possible). The depth of reality is supposed to be incredible, as well as the ability to fashion your character as you wish. Check out the Game Info thread for some details.
As for bugs, that's exactly why Bethesda is spending an extra month-and-a-half on this game: bug-squashing, and nothing but. Otherwise, it's been finished for quite some time.

Note, the ton of screenshots there that look like they come from cutscnes are not cutscenes. They actually represent play screens in which you'll move about. Everything is 3D.

No. A game like this tracks an enormous number of variables in relation to you and its own ongoing "world." It's an interesting idea, but the system requirements will already be pretty high for a standalone game. I'd hate to think what they'd need to do to track everything on and behind the screen for multiplayer.

Having actually now played a bit in the preview, I can say there's no way a game with these system requirements could ever run as multiplayer--not with our current CPUs and video cards, that is. (In a few years...sure.) 128 MB RAM is required, and they're urging folks to get the latest, best video cards. My Radeon 7200 may have 64 MB RAM, but it's too old, and I may upgrade to an 8500. Aside from the slight drag, this game is absolutely amazing in its pictoral detail. It makes M&M IX and Wizardry 8 look like first generation 3D games.

I'm told that the beta drivers for the Radeon 7200 which Bethesda Softworks has been using while playing the game (and which ATI actually designed in cooperation with 'em) really speeds things up. As the drivers are due out first week in May, I suspect I'll just wait to give 'em a try before upgrading. After all, not many new games due out this year will approach Morrowind's requirements. (Although this game is certainly worth it!)

I don't believe you will have any problems with that even in full detail.Originally posted by OTBSRecca
so my 1.4 processor, 512 ddr ram, and Gforce 3 graphics card will be able to handle the games graphic at full deital?

My impressions, too.
I'm having a great deal of fun with this, even though it is just a bit sluggish due to my Radeon 7200 card and drivers at the moment. I've just begun, and designed a Dark Elf female spellsword, and a Breton male mage. The mage is going to be a sociopath interested only in his magic development. I hope over time to get him into House Telvanni, the one whose mages live in giant several story high mushrooms that they grow.
My spellsword--well, I'm sure just yet.
