Missing items in First Cellar

In the Cult Torture Chamer locations 19 and 20 there are supposed to be some magical items. Location 19 - a scroll of fireball and a Staff of Firestorms. In location 20 - a scroll of invisibility sphere, a Great Warhammer +4 and a note. I've been unable to locate these items. According to the official strategy guide by Prima they are supposed to be there. Has anyone else found them there? Are they in another location or did SSi wipe them out with the patches? If anyone can help let me know.

I never found these items in the First cellar of the catacombs and i'm not sure if they can be found either. But you can find a scroll of firestorm and a staff of Flame in this level but these are in the Freth drow area. I assume that you the areas you mentioned are from the Prima's Guide?
