Lockpick key

I have read the main halls walkthrough. There is mention of the lockpick key but not where it is found. I have look everywhere and no luck. Does anyone know where to get this key so I can go up the stairs near where I killed the black naga (forget his name). Would really appreciate some help. :p

You get the lockpick key after entering that room from an above floor(forget which one), but don't worry about it.
