The High Level Thief Ability Use Any Item, as of yet I don't have ToB but was wondering...When a thief(or it's kit) use this ability to equip an armor they normally can't wear, will they no longer be able to use their thieving skills.

Their thieving skills will be disabled, just like those of any multi-class xx/Thief with too heavy armor...
