Well here goes, I am greedy and I took the evil path--of greed in hell--because I really wanted blackrazor. I had blackrazor in the pnp d&d from mod White Plume Mountain. This was my favorate melee weapon in the dnd world. On with the question, I started as 'neutral good' however I am now 'neutral evil' rep is still 20 i can only imagine that this is caused by black razor or the ring of Gaxx, which is it? When I take both off there is no reversal. Thanks for your time.

It's not either one of those items. It's the fact that you made the evil choices in Hell.

Taking the evil path was the problem. If you take an evil path, your alignment is set to evil, that's the price for the goodies.

Anytime you choose the evil path in the Tears of Bhaal tests, your alignment gets changed to evil. :(
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Well you could use cheese and pickpocket the tear from the Djinn or whatever he/it is. Then you get the sword AND keep your good alignment. Cheese isn't right, but blackrazor is a great sword. :)

The funny thing is in shadow keeper

The alignment still shows as "Neutral Good", thats why I thought it may be an equiped item issue. Also It did not happen to my last charactor. Two good paths and one evil hehe...

The alignment change caused by taking the evil path is an effect applied to your PC. To change your alignment back, you have to find the offending effect and delete it.

nah, black razor is not so good. after testing with black razor and gram, upgraded, if you level drain a enemy too much he shatters, like if its hit with many cones of cold, and you lose loot!!!

ravager or holy avenger is better. the vampirism is nice, but ring of gaxx or even black blade is nice, and you already got boots of speed, right? so, drop black razor or reload, not worth it, imho. also its a stinking +3 wep.
They call me Darth...
