Just click on one of the links in our signature, submit a character, and voila!

The only requirement is that you are a member of the GameBanshee forums, and since you posted your question here..., you qualify!

Nope! Not at all. You'll find several threads with character modification requests. Either add to that thread when you wany something changed, create your own thread, or PM Xandax. Nothing's permenant until the game actually comes out and you create your character and start playing.
