Throne of Bhaal and Exp cap remover

I've installed the BG2:SoA exp cap remover, and I'm going to buy ToB soon. Will there be problems caused by the exp cap remover? The remover isn't needed in ToB as the exp cap already is high enough in it, but is there something I should do to avoid problems before I install ToB?

Delete the XPCAP.2DA file in the Override directory before installing ToB.
