Is there any way possible that anyone that can mod can make a texture pack for DL to spice up the textures a bit, or weren't there any tools made available for people to mod and improve the quality of this game.
this is very easily done. open up the dl file, fish around for the texture files, send them to pc paintbrush (them are bmp files), and have your way with them. save and say yes to, replace files? search the gb archives for screen shots and you will see some others have made.
