i need metods on choosing targets

how do i choose my assassanation targets

i cant choose people to kill and cant find ways to choose. can anyone tell me how they do it? if you think this post is retarded tell me.

Most people in the game are unnecessary - particularly the vagrants - so you can pretty much just kill whomever you want. If you don't mind a 1000 septim bounty on your head, guards make good targets, too.

yeah but guards always know of u killed another unless u use poisened apple but ty

You need to get 'em on their own. That usually means inside a building with only the one person in there, or well outside a town with no-one else present - you will sometimes see people walking along the roads between town.
Also, best to do in sneak mode just to be sure you will know if you are seen, and wait until you are unseen before attacking.
Use strong poison on your weapon AND use a magical damage weapon, so they die fast and don't get the chance to yell for guards.
