I need to go to this shop which apparently does not exist. I finally read that it is only there with the "official plug in". What is that and how do I get it. I have never played with mods and do not know how to get those either. HELP.

Not sure but I went to the Elder Scrolls download site and found this:
The Elder Scrolls
Check the fourth or fifth down..does that appear to be what you need?

I need someone to walk me through ths. Is there somewhere I can find it. What is my folder and how do I get to it. I can't beleive I have been playing these games for 15 years or more and never used a mod or a cheat. Consequently I do not know the first thing about it. Any help wold be greatly appreciated.

To get to your data files:
My Computer > Local Disc C (it may be another letter for you) > Program Files >
Bethesda Softworks > Morrowind > Data Files
Note, the above-posted tutorial is very good. I'd personally recommend the described Manual Method of installing mods, it's generally much easier.
