Have a problem with the oblivion XP mod. I'm running FCOM and some other mods as well and it has worked perfectly before I installed this mod. The problem is that my XP goes crazy when I load a save(when the mod is initializing). I'm constantly gaining xp after load, and there is a constant ticking sound (the same as when you gain xp). I remember this happening once before also, but don't remember how I fixed it.
What is wrong here?

Does the same happen in a new game too, or is it just your current?

Figure it doesen't happen on new save, havent checked yet. I was at L35 when I activated it, and could almost max out all my stats(str, agl, speed, end....), and they are very high. Maybe the stats are causing it?

What I've definitely seen before in Oblivion is save-specific bugs. In many games you can often resolve things by reloading a cell or restarting the game. Not in Oblivion. The fact that there are (probably) a ton of mods running in the background probably won't help that much either.
The best thing I can suggest is to clean your savegame. It gives everything a chance to re-initialze. A ton of guides have been written about how to do that. Like this very detailed one. I wouldn't try to suggest doing absolutely everything in it unless you have already tried to cover the basics:
1. Backup your save.
2. Disable all mods in Oblivion.
3. Load your save game, modless, and immediately save it again. Quit the game.
4. Enable all mods in Oblivion.
5. Load your savegame. Now all mods should be reapplied to your save. Reset, as it were.
It pays to make sure the load order isn't conflicting:
