lost saves

Okay, so recently I was playing this and bioshock 2.

The games are irrelevant as far as my crash goes I think.

I have my cpu overclocked, unfortunately I hadn't realized one of the multipliers messed with my memory clocks, so my memory got overclocked. Anyway, while playing Fallout 3, I got a memory crash, as BSOD.

When I restarted and logged back into windows 7, it was almost as if my computer was refreshed. My utorrent had lost all its torrents, (i had about 100+ listed). Worst of all, when I booted back into my games, the game didn't recognize any save files. I checked the folder and the save files are still all there for my games. Fallout 3, Mass Effect, Bioshock, the save files are all there. Unfortunately, I can't figure out for the life of me how to get these games to read them again.

Please, anyone with experience in this matter, can you help me figure this one out?

Btw, for Fallout 3, I used the .bak files, removing the .bak part, and it still doesn't acknowledge their existence.
