soul gems

Is there a way to put souls in the soul gems cause I got azuras and I want to put a soul in it

Yes. You need the Soul Trap spell, lowest level will do and costs less magica. Cast it just before the critter dies and it will last long enough. Just remember that that the quality of the gem will determine the power of the soul you can trap in it. Azura's will hold anything.
