Assertion failed error

"An Assertion failed in F:\Torment\source\chitin\ChVideo.cpp a line number 5744"

When i try to cast some spells like Chromatic Orb game crashes. After disabling HW acceleration the problem dissapear, but the game performance gets really worse.
