Marcus won't join party *Spoilers

In Broken Hills. After telling Marcus about murdered people in mines and ask him to join he refuses says "don't want to travel with crowd"

If I tell members of my group to stay where they are and then talk to Marcus, he says "there's to much going on right now, maybe later"

Is this a bug, or am I missing something here in Broken Hills that needs to be done.

Not yet, I'm leaving for New Reno now. The guy in the mine office told me I could find the part there.
Do I need to fix that 1st?

As far as i remember, yes.
Other than that, i might give it another try after v 1.3 of the restoration project is released.
