I have looked in every room for Velena. Twice. I even went in places that were around the castle. Where is she?

she's in a real small closet at the end of a hall. You actually have to pass the room when you are first heading into the castle.

The hallway in question is also the one in which the locked door you can't get through is at. She's at the end of that hallway just after a room with some undead.
