I played arcane archer in NWN several times so I thought it would be easy in MotB. But I can't get into it! Here are what I did:
moon elf
6 levels of fighter
1 level of bard
feat selected "point blank shot", " weapon focus: longbow".
I went over it twice but still the same, can move to arcane archer?
Can't play arcane archer in MotB?

Yellow Bands on the ground are a sign that DebugMode is on. When you finish, toggle it back off with DebugMode 0 (zero). Seriously. In truth, they are activators (While it is on, it also shows traps (as red marks) even if your currently controlled char can't detect a trap to save his/her life). They won't always activate, but usually they will.
And arrows are supposed to be sold in bundles of 99 (you should get a pop-up with a slider, default is 99). If this isn't happening, then something is definitely wrong. are your patches up to date (1.23)?

no arrows
I just played a few weeks. and yes, the patch version is 1.23. So I don't know what has happened since this also occurs to my other characters. Maybe the last patch has bug?
Oh. I thought that enter (~) would get out of the debug mode. But I restarted the computer and it also works.Yellow Bands on the ground are a sign that DebugMode is on. When you finish, toggle it back off with DebugMode 0 (zero).

That's because the game will automatically exit the DebugMode when you quit it.mistered wrote:Oh. I thought that enter (~) would get out of the debug mode. But I restarted the computer and it also works.

buying ranged ammunitions!
This seems very strange because ALL the ranged ammunitions ( arrows, bolts and suriken ) are sold only one a time. It appears to me that the game IS like that. And arrows are supposed to be sold in bundles of 99 (you should get a pop-up with a slider, default is 99).
