when i m trying to enter the palace the palace moovie repeats endlessly....any solutions to that?

What size install you have? I do the full install all the time, so all the files are on my harddrive already. If you don't have full install, check that disc. Have you had problems with that disc before? Is there a scratch on the disc? Can you skip the movie once it's done the first time through?
