Fast switching weapons (Ctrl F7) doesn't work?
While the Hotkey Options shows a default of Ctrl F7 etc to choose different weapons combos to fast-switch by hitting F7 etc, nothing seems to work. I set up different weapon and spell choices for each character in party, but can't get the weapons to switch. Example: To quickly change from a ranged bow to a melee weapon or combat spell. Am I missing something ?
I think I've got it figured out.
Ahaaaa! I see. The Function keys allow me to change the configuration of EQUIPPED stuff only. It will not allow me to switch an unequipped sword into a ranged bow slot, but will allow me to switch from using an equipped bow to using a combat spell instead. I would prefer to be able to use my ranged weapons at distance, but do a fast switch to melee as the opponents get in close range, but it's not to be.
Anyway, I guess I can live with this setup.
