Transvering Save Files
Transvering Save Files
Hi i recently changed the graphics card, motherboard and drivers in my computer and i was wondering if it was possible for me to put my old save files (from before i changed all the inside of my pc) to my new pc. as i have saved them on a USB thing. i have tried just draggin the saved files into the DS2 folder with all the other charecters but when i go on the game their is no charecter. Any Help?

Re-installing your save files
Being as I have just been reminded the hard way, your save games must go into your my documents|my games folder under dungeon siege 2. This is where DS2 (like DS1) saves its games. I forgot this when I just did a re-install on my laptop last night and realized that I didn't save these on an external drive. That being said I am looking to potentially download a character from someone so I can continue Broken World. Only problem is I don't know if that is possible or not.
