Anyone got any opinions on the Blood war reffered to in Planescape?
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

It's the neverending battle between the Abyss (Chaothic Evil) and Baator (Lawful Evil).

Every now and then, the battles are fought, but noone must ever get the upper hand.

If one of the sides should dominate, nothing could keep the victors from taking over the multiverse (save the Upper planes' denizens). Both believe that if they take over the Prime, they will win the Blood War (That's what IWD was about).

I have played the game through about 8 times, i know what the blood war is about, i just wondered if anyone had any opinion on the subject, i think it is brilliant and deserves more written about it. :)

The blood war also fascinates me and I think it's worth a sequel.It would be so cool to play the nameless one in the bloodwar.

The blood war is not something new, it has alwas been there. It keeps the fiends occupied, and there is more to it than what they say in the game.

and I think you don't want the Blood War to end anymore. (You can't make The Abyss for PC anyway, since it's completely chaothic.
