ok i searched but nothin.any addon that can see othere char paccel completely? and see their exact location?

I can' say i understood your request, but the three main sites for addons are

CTMod

http://www.ui.worldofwar.net

http://www.curse-gaming.com

If it exists you can probably find it there.
