Hey guys I just sent an e-mail to obsidian and I'll let you know what they say.
I'll post it KOTOR III (news)
This is what I told them

Hello
My name is Chris and I'm a huge fan of KOTOR.
I was just wondering if you guys are coming out with KOTOR III soon. I cant find anything about it and thats why I'm wondering. If so then can you tell me when like a guestimate when it might come out.
Thank you

P.S.
A lot of people have really good ideas at http://secure.gamebanshee.com/forums/fo ... y.php?f=61

I think they would really appreciate it if you would take up some of their ideas or look at them. One of mine is hoods and your character talking.
Thanks again

I was tired of typing and did not want them to hate me so I stopped telling them my ideas.
Hopefully I get a respond

I would imagine they probably already have at least an outline of what they're going to do, but keep us updated.

Please use an existing thread speculating about KOTOR 3 instead of creating new ones. This is actually the KOTOR 2 forum ;)

Topic closed.

Edit: Topic reopned with the opening of Kotor3 forum.

Actually, he did. It was the thread titled "Noooooo!" I think you can guess what the response was, lol.

Best bet is to wait for E3

Hi,

I think its best to wait till E3 of this year. Its just 2 weeks away. Only at this event will any new game titles be announced.

There's been speculation, and pretty much the best results that we can hope for are either:
  • That LucasArts allows the creation of the game (I believe it was Obsidian that was just awaiting word to start, although it might have been another company)
  • That they've been keeping it under wraps instead of doing a PR flurry like most companies do... for obvious reasons.

True. Try e-mailing them (either Lucasarts or Obsidian) and they'll give you the usual,"We do not comment on rumours and speculation", response. Always see that on Gamespot Rumour Control category.

Reports directly from E3 is all I trust for now when it comes to new game titles.
