Using the TES Construction Set how do I change the max capacity of Azura's Soulgem? (to 100,000)

I have changed the Tribunal gods souls to 100,000 points and I want to capture them

Can't be done. Soulgems I believe; are hard coded into the exe. If I'm wrong the value will most probably be a GMST.
