Where is my Tindermold?

In my past game, with an Elf Ranger as my main, Tindermold grew up in 3 places at my home. In my new game, with an Archer as my main, there is none. Any clues anyone? I was counting on that to make fire arrows

I didn't pay a lot of attention to this, but I know new plants appeared in my garden the further I got into the game. So is it possible that you just need to wait a while and then come back?

I have some saved data and there are Chapter 6 starting (chapter6 is the chapter which brings us Instruction of Flame Arrow with Laurelin).
So i load this data and check Arod's Residence garden and find there are no tindermold yet. And in Chapter7 (my Current chapter) I remenber that I harvested them by my self(Gwen did in our Garden). So i think we will be able to harvest them around chapter7 and after.
Anyway I remenber as soon as we get recipe for fire-arrow we can make more than 300 without harvesting Ardo's ones. So i think we can wait. Because there is no penalty with switching arrows in combat and FireArrow Effect last several combat rounds. we can save them.
i love fire arrowing ememy and feel some frustration with limitation of resource for good arrows.

I got the recipes from Laurelin. Still no Tindermold in my house. I wish there was more abundance of Leather strips. If Tinder grows in your home, then you have unlimited supply, as they grow back everytime you enter the house. But leather strips are limited. I managed to get around 300 in my previous game. It would be nice if for example, rats respawn in the brewery, to be able to go and get more Leather.

Edit: Just finished the 3rd trial (getting the shield) and now there is Tindermold in my house.
