Reforming the sword of gith plz help

hi

i am having problems reforming the sword, i think i am missing the silvershard: core, but i dont know where to pick it up, can anyone help me plz.....been stuck at the scar in west habor for ages

Do you know if its possilbe to drop (ie lose) a piece of the sword? I would doubt it as it would be a bad game design. In that case I would try to look in the gamebanshee walkthrough to figure out what step is next for you in the linear sequence to forge the sword.

IIRC the core shard is stuck inside your PC and never directly obtainable in your inventory. I could be wrong. But do as Claudius suggests and check through the walkthrough for any tips and guidelines that you might have missed

yeah i have looked back on the walkthrough, nothing jumps to mind i have missed, tried the internet cant find actually where it drops, if anyone knows much appreiciated!

How many shards do you have in your inventory currently? If you are missing any particular ones, you could always use to console to spawn them. But if this is a problem with a bugged cutscene that isn't firing, then perhaps you should check your game's patch or try and reload from a prior save.
