Modifier Limit for Fastness of Body

Is there any Limitation other than text says in game?

After we release JOST from his prison, we go back ferdok and i (mage)
Gladys, Gwen and Jost check their Spells. Jost have highest SP 10 about Fastness of body but he can't + modifier larger than 3. It is as same modifier limitation as i(mage) who has SP 7.
So, I increase my SP value Up to 9 and check + modifier. I can make +4 modifier and can get AC+5(modifier 4 means AC+5, modifier 3 = AC+4)
And other girls (Gwen and Glady) can do the same as I did.
Why JOST only can't get +4 ? Text in this game says SP/2 limitation only.

JOST have highest SP and his Attributes concerning this spell IN,AG,CN are most fit value other than 3 girls(i ,glady, gwen).

Why he can't?

Like with all spells, there's also a level restriction. I'm guessing Jost is a lower level than your other casters.

Yes, JOST is the only person whose level is one level behind from other 3 ladies.
Now I understand why JOST was limited at that time.
