Only the Demo, but I want to buy the game. I found that you should stockpile a lot of food before adding more homes. Also, place your granery as close to the food sources as possible.

I have two questions in particular:
1) How do you heal units?
2) Why do my archers shoot like stormtroopers? Is there a way to make them better/more experienced?

I don't think you can heal them (Remember, I've only played the demo)
