Curing Vampire

I have closed the Oblivion portals, yet for the vampire cure quest i need bloodgrass. any way to acquire them or am i just plan screwed?

You mean you have closed the main oblivion portal in Bruma doing the main quest? If so, you could always use the console to give yourself the bloodgrass.

yes i closed the main quest gate. what do you mean by giving it to me in the console?

According to the oblivion wiki, bloodgrass can be found in random loot or for sale in the inventories of random alchemy vendors. If you are impatient, however, you can bring down the console by using the tilde key and type in "player.additem 33664 2" without the quotes. That will give you two shoots of bloodgrass, enough for the cure vampirism quest.

Bloodgrass

The girl that works at the Lustratorium in the Arcane University usually has bloodgrass. For the Vampire cure you need 2 shoots; I had to reload a save numerous times for her to have at least that in her inventory. I also got some from the Main Ingredient in the Imp. City Market District.
