I've been anywhere in the Museum of History and the ghouls Underworld, nothing yet ... talked to every ghoul there and nothing. On a first thought I supposed picture "should" be in the lower walls of the Museum ... just a guess.
Ah by the way, I already killed all the slavers in the Memorial.
