Item database

In the item database here on gamebanshee there are a lot of items listed as "this item cannot be obtained by conventional means"... what does that mean? how can I get that item?

It means that there is no way to obtain the item whilst playing through the game. It doesn't drop from enemies, it cant be bought, it cant be made. The only way to obtain the said items is to use either a save game editor or to use the console cheats.
