Sethir, the rating is just a way for users to express liking or disliking of other user's posts. I have not read enough of your posts to be able to rate you just yet. I usually wait until I've read a lot of posts from a user before I rate him/her. So just start posting more!
I only give out high rates. If I feel like giving a user a very low rate, I instead post comments on the reasons for my disliking of a certain post.

Does it really matter what someone's rating is? I guess I take it forgranted that I'm a 5 star guy. But to me it seems like a popularity thing.
