Jerro's Haven bug (spoiler)

i'm stuck in Jerro's haven, after Ammon Jerro is defeated and he teleports back to the start area and Shandra dies, hes locked in combat mode and i cant talk to him, hes suppose to join my party but i cant talk to him, can anyone help with this?

once you move close enough, the dialogue should start.

Don't you get a cinematic and conversation with jerro as soon as he kills Shandra? Or doesn't that conversation trigger?

i finally got it to work, i had to keep exiting the game until it worked, took me 5 tries and finally it worked. Thanks
