Ironfist belt quest bug

I would like to recruit Caelryna (caged drow trader from Fire Giants camp), but i cannot trigger the conversation with her.
No matter how many times i click on her, nothing happens.
If someone knows the right console command to launch the dialogue with her, please let me know.

perhaps you have already spoken to her.
she stays there after the 1st dialogue, and no further dialogue can be triggered.

however, despite the location, this does not fit into the ironfist belt quest, althought its timing is related to the quest having progressed to the point when the giants are beaten.

if I remember right I couldn't recruit her either at that time, i waited till i found her in a city, sorry can't remember which city though.

I don't think you recruit her in any city. If i recall correctly, she is recruited after you have defeated or obtained the ironfist belt from the Fire Giant King. Talk to her on the spot and she should join you at the keep
