Well, outside of the B.B., not as far as I know. But that's just it, until I did it again fairly recently, it hadn't occured to me to be on the lookout for it. But then I cleared out Jearl's home and I wondered what might happen to it and so on and so forth. It's a shame to let beggers be outside when they can be put up inside a newly vacant home, and all of that.
Someone did make a mod where you buy Agarmir's home after he's gone and someone made a mod for the Abandoned Shack in the I.C. called "Good To My Friends".
With all of those mods like that out there, I wondered why not the B.B. safe house? So of course, one would have to know where it is, et al.
If they were to adapt the games into a TV or cable series, they'd probably work it out. But for now, I'm just as curious as you are. Hence the posting.
Did you ever try to figure out what the intended quest sequence should be, or at least, the most logical? So maybe, logically, seeing as the B.B. never arrived and news of their doom reached the Countess, she put it up for sale again. I'd like a mod to either seel the homes or give them away or donate them or hire the beggars to be servants in them. It seems a shame that they are empty most of the time. (After seeing "The Bucket List", I began to think about what it must be like to have to maintain and pay taxes for more than one home. At least in the movie, the various servants lived there when Jack's character didn't, so no empty home going to waste.)
I could go on an on about having various houses in the game.
