I cannot seem to activate this quest. i have talked to nearly EVERY NPC yet it wont give the quest. Any prequesties tht i need to activate it?
The key initiator is an NPC called "The Prophet" who you should find opposite the main door of the Temple in Anvil. You don't actually have to talk to anyone else, although I always go inside the temple to see what's gone down myself, talking to the guard doesn'tmake any difference. Explore the dialogue options with "The Prophet.
If the Prophet isn't there and the temple is intact something's gone wrong with the install, try again.
(hint).
When he asks you what qualifies you, be modest.

No, I've always started it prior to getting anywhere near the mid point of the main quest. Definitely before the Allies for Bruma, and usually well before that. In fact I think I started it once before meeting Baurus for the second time in the Imperial City, imediately after getting Martin to Cloudruler.Solcius wrote:I am now under the impression that you must have completed the main storyline.... is this true?

Hello again, Solcius!Solcius wrote:turns out it was just the char tht was glitched, i was able to do the quest strait outta the sewers with my new char. Thks!
Whew! But, ahh, just as I was going to tell you that according to something that I read somewhere, when installing from the CD or DVD, that each one should be installed in the order as shown on the instructions, or it might lead to glitches with a saved game!
Shhh! Be very quiet! I may be sleep writing and sleep reading!

I play the X-Box version at my brother's home, so that is to say, not very often. I wonder if my character misses me?Solcius wrote:tht is precisely y i bought the 360 game. i only use the comp version for mods and to just kinda mess around. the Xbox version i am using to complete all the quests, Every single one, it has less lag time and less glitches. yet the modded version on my comp is still me favorite. i mean come on, who dosent like a custom race?
Yes! Custom races! Thanks to a modder, I was finally able to do justice to mine that I write about in my stories.
